For November’s meditation our source of inspiration is the painter Paul Liégeois. His painting ‘Still Life with Tray of Peaches on a Slab, with Grapes, Plums and Mushrooms’, in the Paris Collection of the A. G. Leventis Gallery, will guide us to fly among a dark blue velvety sky full of bright stars. And from the stars and the sky we will dive into the earth, among our painter’s beautiful and juicy fruit and vegetables. Liégeois’s fruit and vegetables will guide us to remember our connection with Mother Earth and the unconditional love we can offer her and the unconditional love she can offer back to us!

During the programme participants will have the opportunity to learn interesting information about the chosen artist and painting, followed by a short guided meditation inspired by it. At the end participants will share their experiences through painting and writing!
