This monthly programme provides interactive gallery experiences tailored specifically for you and your young child.

Spend the afternoon at the A. G. Leventis Gallery enjoying guided looking, stories and creative activities. Our current theme, the five senses, will have you and your child smelling, touching, tasting, looking and listening your way through the Gallery.

Session 2: Touchy, Feely Art

Let’s get our hands on some art! Artists are masters at depicting sumptuous fabrics, soft furs, and prickly plants. During this workshop we will get our hands on some art by converting paintings from 2-D to 3-D. We will use our sense of touch to identify objects and sort them into different texture categories. The programme will conclude with the creation of a texture-rific masterpiece!
