How can a work of art help us to find peace in our souls and reframe our thoughts? How can it inspire our emotions and provoke feelings of happiness and satisfaction? We suggest a meditation inspired by the paintings of the A. G. Leventis Gallery. Let’s relax and allow the colours, objects and shapes to take us on a journey to a new world where the power and light of the soul shapes our reality! It’s time to leave behind our worries and allow the magical world of art to take us to new destinations.

During the programme participants will have the opportunity to learn interesting information about the chosen painting, followed by a short guided meditation inspired by it. At the end participants will share their experiences through painting and writing!
