This monthly programme provides interactive gallery experiences tailored specifically for you and your young child.

Spend the afternoon at the A. G. Leventis Gallery enjoying guided looking, stories and creative activities. Our current theme, the five senses, will have you and your child smelling, touching, tasting, looking and listening your way through the Gallery.

Session 1: Noisy Art

Listen, can you hear the painting? When looking at art we can often imagine the sounds it would make. In the Gallery we will work together to bring masterpieces to life by creating a soundscape based on paintings in the Paris and Greek Collections. Then, we will test our ears to see if we can use only our sense of hearing to identify different sounds. Lastly, we will head to the Renoir’s Workshop to create a musical instrument.
