May’s meditation is dedicated to International Museum Day. The theme this year is ‘Museums, Sustainability and Wellbeing’. Nowadays every museum has the responsibility to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for everyone, of all ages, in particular concerning mental health and social isolation.

Our inspiration for this month’s meditation is the Impressionist painter Claude Monet. His painting ‘The Seine at Jeufosse near Vernon’ will guide us to magical scenery as depicted by Monet through his eyes and heart and help us open our hearts wide, waking up the unconditional love hidden inside of us!

During the programme, participants will be able to learn exciting information about the chosen artist and painting, followed by a short guided meditation inspired by it. In the end, participants will share their experiences through painting and writing!
