With the AGLG museum educator Theodora Demetriou
For February’s meditation, our source of inspiration is once again the Cypriot painter George Pol. Georghiou. His paintings ‘The Virgin of Liopetri’, ‘Irenoula’ and ‘Τhe Madonna of Peristerona’, which are exhibited in the A. G. Leventis Gallery’s temporary exhibition ‘George Pol. Georghiou – Timeless Cyprus’, will guide us to open our hearts and travel to magical destinations where unconditional love for ourselves and others plays the primary role.
During the programme participants will have the opportunity to learn interesting information about the chosen artist and paintings, followed by a short guided meditation inspired by them. At the end participants will share their experiences through painting and writing!
